Ve Zlabkach guarantees that the puppies and dogs are free of genetic and congenital problems and that the puppies and dogs are consistent with our description. ( Photos and videos of each trained dog is kept for our records.) Any other warranties expressed or implied are null and void. If a dog does not meet the above description, then the dog will be replaced by a dog of equal value as soon as one is available. In most instances, the buyer may keep the original pup. This decision is 100% that of the seller and is based on certain conditions. All registration papers must be returned. Please see other disclaimers. All shipping to and from Ve Zlabkach is the sole responsiblity of the buyer.

This guarantee applies to the original puppy / dog and is not transferable The puppy / dog must be in good condition. You own the puppy/dog as soon as money is received. No replacement will be given if the dog ( male or female) has been bred, neutered, spayed or sold. The guarantee is void if registration application form has expired. Owner is responsible for transportation cost to and from Ve Zlabkach. Guarantee is void if the dog has not been properly immunized by "PROGUARD" manufactured by Intervet. The dog will be replaced by dog chosen by Ve Zlabkach with a dog of equal quality and value. As soon one is available. In the event buyer either defaults in the payment of the entire purchase price or elects to cancel this agreement, all money paid pursuant hereto may be retained by seller as liquidated damages and no further action shall be maintained by either party. Warranty is replacement only, no money back.

IMPORTANT: The replacement of the pup due to bad hips/elbows is only valid if the pup is x-rayed and evaluated at the age of 2 year.
